Our Clients
When taking the steps to build a relationship with a client, we first hold an interview to find their needs related to investing. We use educational methods to provide clients information at the level in which they can understand. Our goal is to make sure clients are completely comfortable prior to moving forward in the relationship process.
To grow the relationship, we maintain a strong contact management system to regularly check in with our clients. We act as “support coaches” to their views on finance to make sure they keep their goals and needs in mind.
We meet with clients quarterly to semi-annually, at a minimum. Each meeting is different – it can be to meet a specific need or request, a portfolio review, or just checking in on the client. These meetings can be either in-person or via phone, depending on the situation.
